Listen - Ezekiel
As God spoke the Ten Commandments, the people were terrified.
"18 When the people saw the thunder and lightning and heard the trumpet and saw the mountain in smoke, they trembled with fear. They stayed at a distance
19 and said to Moses, “Speak to us yourself and we will listen. But do not have God speak to us or we will die.”
Exodus 20:18-19
God faithfully provided men and women to speak His message to His people from that point on. Prophets spoke into current situations and of things to come. However, because God has given us free-will, people are given the choice of whether or not they will LISTEN.
